Laurent, father of three daughters and a football enthusiast from France, is a private investor and has been a private friend of John Toft since the early 2000s. In addition to his investment & property projects, he has dedicated himself to the topic of sustainability and is involved in many new, innovative ideas, projects and companies in this context. It is thanks to his commitment that Isicold and MSI were able to reach market maturity so quickly and successfully. Laurent represents the positions of TheKnot Group on all his many travels, no matter where he happens to be.
Philipp Ernsting
Philipp is a marketing and communications expert and business trainer. He has been working for agencies and brands for over 20 years and has also been working as a business trainer (BDVT certified) for many years. He is always concerned with taking a holistic view of a brand, product or company and connecting it with the relevant stakeholders or user target groups.

Claude Georgio
Claude is French and the father of two girls and two boys. In addition to his original activity in the trade of sustainable and natural goods, he has been working in the recycling industry since 2011. He works in Italy and France in the field of sustainability for his company Sovalo and TheKnot.

JingEr, our youngest, comes from a family of plastic recyclers and bag manufacturers and lives in Thailand and Singapore. She is responsible for ensuring that TheKnot Group’s ideas are heard in the Southeast Asian markets and for trading high-quality items on the American and Far Eastern markets.

Without his patents, the use of dry ice in logistics would still be unavoidable today. With his company MSI, he is a consultant to countless companies in the pharmaceutical, food and logistics sectors in Europe and North and South America. Without his innovations, Isicold and the Waterkant Group would not be in a position to offer these new products to international markets.
Daniel Li
Daniel, born in Hong Kong, married with two children, is a qualified engineer. He left Hong Kong in the 1990s and founded a company for the recycling and trading of plastics. He is a proven specialist in material knowledge and international trade. Daniel represents TheKnot ideals in Belgium, Holland and of course in Hong Kong and Malaysia.

Parry Pan
Parry, a Chinese and Polish citizen, is married and the father of two boys. Italian, lives in Connegliano, Italy, is married and the mother of twin girls. Trained in Munich, she has been working as a recycler since 1998.
